The APT EP Map-iT™ diagnostic mapping catheters are flexible, insulated, radiopaque catheters made of thermoplastic elastomer material with a variable number of noble metal electrodes. The tips of the steerable catheters can be controlled using a control mechanism located in the handle at the proximal end of the catheter. They can be used to record intracardiac signals and to stimulate the heart during electrophysiological studies or to map areas of the heart.
The APT EP Map-iT™ diagnostic mapping catheters can be used to evaluate various cardiac arrhythmias in intracardiac and intravascular locations.
